The adventures of Gary, Nic, Ginger and Dolley as they navigate life in a crazy world. They love sports, reading bed-time stories and of course, the Hokies.

Not normally my kind of music, but this remix of some of the most infamous sports press conference meltdowns is very impressive. It features Jim Mora’s “playoffs” tirade, Allen Iverson’s “we talkin’ about practice” presser, Dennis Green’s “crown their ass” meltdown, plus much more. Sports fans will appreciate this.

Only 59 days until the Hokies play Alabama! In this video @littlehokie knows exactly what to do when he hears Enter Sandman!

Sportsmanship FAIL - In my opinion, assault charges should be filed against the Oregon player for sucker punching the Boise State guy.

According to reports, Oregon’s LeGarrette Blount was talking trash before the game about how the Ducks owed the Broncos an ass-whupping for last season home loss to Boise State.

After the Broncos beat Oregon for the second straight year, Boise State’s Byron Hout allegedly tapped Blount on the shoulder after the game and said, “Guess you owe us TWO ass-whuppings now!” At which point Blount waited for Hout to turn away before delivering a blind-side sucker punch that dropped Hout like a sack of bricks.

I’ve never played World of Warcraft, but this is pretty funny!

So I went to voice track a feature story…

and while I was laying down my narration, the folks in charge of the studios overheard me and asked me to track some additional narration because they liked my “golden pipes.” And of course, I can’t hear the term “golden pipes” without thinking about this eTrade Super Bowl commercial…

I present my first work-related video Weblog about a sorority’s philanthropy efforts with breast cancer awareness.

Next Generation of Hokies Embrace Philanthropy from The Campaign for Virginia Tech on Vimeo.

Gary Cope was on campus Tuesday, Oct. 20, and met some sisters from Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. They were promoting breast cancer awareness and research as part of their national philanthropy initiative. Gary had his camera with him and tells the story in this video weblog.
