OK, this picture is a little risque, but I want to help promote the positive message behind it. This photo appeared in Glamour magazine and the woman has become known as “The woman on p. 194.” In real life, she’s 20-year-old model Lizzi Miller … did you see that? She’s a model. A normal looking model. Not a pixie that could be thrown violently off a runway if someone happened to sneeze. Bottom line … everyone is different. There is no such thing as “the perfect body.” Be healthy and feel comfortable in your own skin, but don’t kill yourself or put your health in jeopardy for the sake of what other people think.
