The full image from The Boy at tonight’s game. He was on the field as part of a parade for his school’s reading program. Very proud of our Boy!
I love baseball. Love it. (Taken with Instagram at Lewis-Gale Field at Salem Memorial Ballpark)

Ten years ago this week, Jimmy Eat World’s “The Middle” stood at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100. Here’s how the top ten looked 10 years ago. One a completely unrelated note, I’m getting old.
A few thoughts on this list from a decade ago. First, I thought Vanessa Carlton and Michelle Branch were the same person. Second, what happened to her? Third, I’m honestly surprised that Eminem and Pink are still putting out albums that sell. Not a knock on them, I just didn’t think they had that kind of staying power. Kinda like Puddle of Mudd.
On that note, I’m off to start my weekend. Later Tumblrs be safe and to quote the great Mr. Tony, if you’re out on your bikes tonight, do where white.
Cardio Core & Balance
I absolutely killed it today. I didn’t need any unscheduled water breaks or breathers. I got through everything and even kept up with Sean T. on the level one pushups drills. And for the third day in a row, I nailed the final shoulder burn/squat hold exercises.

One more day of Cardio Recovery Week. Fitness Test No. 3 is on Monday. I got this.
Day 33/63 complete.
I was considering Taco Bell for lunch. Thanks to fitblr for keeping me honest. Ugh. Can’t believe I was carrying around 50 extra pounds of that stuff two years ago. Disgusting.
This Bojangles fatassery happened this morning which means plans for tonight will include a 2 hour workout with Matt.
So worth it though. Bojangles biscuits are heavenly.
Thanks to onefinedayinjuly for the peer pressure.
Tumblr Crushes:
Finally, a dude at the No. 1 spot. No offense, ladies. Brian was on FI-YAH this week.
